These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TechPeak Lab Academy website, application forms, and learner portal (together, the "Services") operated by TechPeak Lab (company number 15974827), 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "TechPeak Lab").

By submitting an application, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

2. Services

TechPeak Lab Academy provides live instructor-led bootcamp programs in technology fields such as cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevOps, network engineering, and related disciplines. Program content, cohort schedules, pricing, and exam voucher availability may vary by region and cohort.

3. Applications and enrollment

• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
• You must provide accurate information in your application.
• Admission decisions are made by our admissions team.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after acceptance and completion of payment steps we provide.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

5. Fees and refunds

Program fees are shown at application or checkout in your regional currency where applicable. Refunds, cohort transfers, no-shows, and deposits are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact admissions before paying if you need clarification.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, labs, branding, and platform content remain the property of TechPeak Lab or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal learning during your enrollment. You may not redistribute course content without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (for example authentication, email, cloud labs, or social sign-in). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

Bootcamp outcomes depend on your effort, background, and market conditions. We do not guarantee employment, certification exam results, or specific salary outcomes. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechPeak Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may request account closure as described on our User Data Deletion page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
