User Data Deletion

TechPeak Lab Academy provides this page to meet platform requirements (including Meta/Facebook apps) and to help you exercise your right to request deletion of personal data we hold.

What data we may hold

  • Bootcamp application details (name, email, program choice, country, referral source)
  • Learner account and profile information
  • Course progress, submissions, quiz attempts, and certificates
  • Support and admissions correspondence
  • Technical logs related to security and service delivery
  • Data received if you sign in or interact through a connected app (for example Facebook Login)

How to request deletion

Email learning@techpeaklab.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used on your application or learner account
  • Your Facebook user ID (if you signed in with Facebook)
  • Whether you applied only, are enrolled, or have a learner account
  • Any extra detail that helps us locate your records

You may also message admissions on WhatsApp at +44 7840 141265 with the same information.

If you have a learner account

Signed-in learners can review consent and export account-related data from Dashboard → Privacy & data. Account deletion is completed by our team after you submit a verified deletion request.

What happens after your request

  1. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  2. We verify your identity using the email or account details on file.
  3. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, unless we must retain specific records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
  4. We email you when deletion is complete or explain any data we are required to keep and why.

Facebook / Meta apps

If you connected TechPeak Lab Academy through a Facebook app or Facebook Login, submitting a deletion request using the steps above will also remove Facebook-derived identifiers and profile data we stored from that connection, except where retention is required by law.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove.
